Suzanne Penn
Suzanne’s early career was in HR and Organisational Development roles in the financial services sector. Since then she has been an Assistant Director at Roffey Park, and now Director of her own business, pd Consultancy Ltd. Her work is focused on leadership and organisational development, following her passion for people and organisations to flourish and maximise their potential for the good of all. Suzanne has worked with private, public and non-profit organisations in the UK and internationally, with clients including Toyota, AIG, the Singapore Civil Service, the MOJ & MOD, MIND, Amnesty International and CRUK. She remains an Associate Consultant at Roffey Park and is also an Executive Coaching Associate at Henley Business School. She has an MA in Management Learning from Lancaster University, is a Fellow of the CIPD and the RSA, and is co-author of Change, Conflict and Community, which offers practical ideas for collaborating with others through change in organisations.
