Tom Previte

Prior to joining On Purpose, Tom ran a UK based incubator and workspace for entrepreneurs called Launch22, supporting 750+ entrepreneurs between 2015-2020. This work opened his eyes to the possibilities of using business as a force for good, and in turn, motivated Tom to start his own entrepreneurial journey. Tom has spent time running a newsletter (The Graft) at the intersection of Climate Change and startups, as well as being accepted onto Al Gore's Climate reality training in 2020. Tom is also co-hosting a podcast focusing on carbon removal technologies.
