The World Obesity Federation is dedicated to eradicating obesity globally and are the go-to organisation for insights and information on the causes and means of presenting obesity.
The World Obesity Federation represents professional members of the scientific, medical and research communities from over 50 regional and national obesity associations. Through our membership we create a global community of organisations dedicated to solving the problems of obesity.
There are a number of ways World Obesity Federation work with our Member organisations as well as other professional bodies. These range from roundtables where we convene to discuss policy, advocacy training for patients, educational training for healthcare professionals and communication campaigns to amplify the work we are doing to a wider audience – to name a few.
