Yasmin has 20 years of consulting experience, working across many sectors and industries, stretching from big corporates to start ups in Africa. She has extensive team and individual coaching experience from CEO and Board Director level to middle management. She brings deep expertise and experience in leadership and organisational development.

Half German and half Sudanese, she was raised in Germany and has lived in the UK for over 20 years. Perhaps it's this mixed background which leads her to a fascination in differences; individual, gender, cultural, organisational and national. She brings this fascination to her work. She lives in beautiful York with her 13-year old daughter who devotedly ? and daily ? sharpens her influencing skills. She enjoys reading and travelling. She loves to stretch her body as much as her mind, so is an avid rower, cyclist, runner, swimmer and yogi.
