Femke van der Veer
Femke lectures and delivers Life Design programmes at leading universities and business schools across Europe including Imperial College London, IESE (Barcelona), London Business School, Audencia (Nantes), and Erasmus University (Rotterdam).
On the On Purpose Associate Programme She leads our Life Design work, and has also been an On Purpose placement host and Mentor.
She applies her extensive experience in Design Thinking to strategic, organisational and personal leadership challenges as a consultant, board-level facilitator, workshop leader and university lecturer.
She has more than 20 years’ experience working closely with leaders of large multinationals, social enterprises and charities. Organisations Femke has worked with include Unilever, Orange, KLM-Air France, GlaxoSmithKline, Nestlé, Philips and Virgin Unite.
Femke has a full-time MBA from INSEAD and an MSc Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
