Joanne Hay

Joanne is Chief Executive of Teens & Toddlers, a national youth education charity focusing on 14-16 year olds. Joanne’s background spans third sector, local and central government as senior policy and commissioning professional with over 15 years experience in public sector delivery in children's. Previous roles include LA Commissioning Director, No 10 Delivery Adviser and Head of Strategy at NSPCC. She has extensive experience of business transformation and change management with a PhD in systems ecology. Chief Executive of Teens & Toddlers is Jo’s first CEO role and she took over from the Founder of the charity 18 months ago. Unpaid experience includes vice chair of a national charity and pro bono adviser to charities.
