John Handley

John is an accredited WABC Executive Coach and an internationally experienced executive who has has worked extensively with business leaders across small and large businesses, fully owned and joint venture partnerships, listed and not for profit sectors, in services and manufacturing industries and in emerging and mature markets, including Saudi Arabia, India, Australia, the United States and the UK. John focuses on building very high levels of trust with clients, before honing in on actions the leader can take to achieve significant performance improvement at a personal and organizational level. A strong commercial acumen rooted in his academic interest in economics, John starts his work by first drawing out the leader’s underlying business goals, before helping them identify the opportunities, barriers and levels of personal ownership required to achieve their goals. John then draws upon his strategic insights and execution capability to identify practical, powerful action steps to impact business performance.
