The On Purpose Associates will be working within one of our major programmes of work supporting the above ambitions, including: - World class institutes programme, which is focused on a number of specialties where we have the potential to be top five in world. - Mind and body, which is focused on breaking down barriers between mental and physical health services. IMPARTS is a major component of this, which is embedding mental health status screening within physical health pathways to support treatment of the whole person. - Value based healthcare, which is seeks to improve quality and sustainability by focusing on outcomes that matter to patients and the costs of delivering across all settings of care. - Informatics, which is focused on leveraging the benefits of large population data across our trusts combined with academic expertise in bioinformatics to enable innovative, proactive treatment and patient ownership of their own information.
