Linda Bullen

Linda is a chartered psychologist with over 15 years experience in organisational development, behavioural change, talent management and coaching. Her experience includes leading OD and talent management initiatives in oil, financial, media, and software development industries, Olympic level sport and other not-forprofit organisations. Linda also works as an executive coach. Her client list includes PwC, NFU Mutual, RICS, Chevron, International Planned Parenthood Federation, UK Sport, Crytek, Barclays, Gatwick Airport, APS, RFU and Reed Smith. Linda is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and an affiliate of the Special Coaching Group. She is currently studying for an Advanced Diploma in Executive coaching and has certificates in Gestalt based organisational change, career coaching and psychometric testing. She is a qualified mediator working with Surrey Mediation Service on a voluntary basis.
