Neil Atkinson

Neil brings over 30 years' experience of working in a variety of commercial organisations to his coaching practice. He is passionate about supporting people achieve both business results and personal satisfaction, including those wanting to define their career goals, excel in a new role or meet the many leadership challenges of which he has first-hand experience. He also enjoys working with groups through team coaching and workshop development, facilitating teams in creating plans and new ways of working, and has developed and run Coaching for Line Managers programmes. Neil has also designed and delivered wellbeing training and was involved in Unilever’s leadership development programme. He has been a member of the fundraising and communications committee for a leading UK youth homelessness charity for several years.
