Nicole Lanitis
Nicole is an executive coach with a professional background that spans the private and public sectors. In the course of her career she has coached a number of successful people at crossroads in their professional lives, working with them through major changes in their career and in their business environment.
In her early career Nicole joined Saxton Bampfylde, then a newly established London executive search firm where she worked on senior assignments for blue chip organisations with an international scope of activity. She worked across a range of sectors including professional services, technology, media, financial institutions, FMCG and retail.
She later joined the Civil Service - Fast Stream, working on policy development for complex projects at the Department of Transport. These included the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, rail privatisation, London Underground and the National Cycling Strategy. She also worked closely with the Prime Minister's Delivery Unit on stakeholder relations, coordinating activity across Whitehall.
Nicole returned to executive search when she was invited to lead the public sector and not-for-profit practice of a small boutique firm, as well as continuing to work on executive and non-executive appointments in the private sector.
Since 2009 Nicole has run her own business, working with a network of associates providing consultancy services with a growing focus on business coaching. Her clients include INSEAD, where she advises students on the MBA programme, and professionals from backgrounds including law, financial services, management consultancies, luxury goods and charities (pro bono).
Nicole trained as an executive coach with Meyler Campbell which is accredited by the Association for Coaches and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC). She holds a degree in PPE from Oxford University and an MBA from London Business School.
Resident in London, she has also lived in Cyprus and the USA (Silicon Valley). Nicole is married with three daughters.
