Olivia Dixon

Olivia joins On Purpose from the energy industry, where she has worked for five years, holding various positions throughout the value chain at a major supplier. Most recently, she worked in the CEO's strategy team, leading projects in strategic growth and managing the M&A agenda. Alongside this position, she acted as a mentor for a company director in a reverse mentoring pilot, aimed at improving diversity within the organisation. For the past year, Olivia has been volunteering as a mentor at the Youth Offending Team in Windsor where she lives. Olivia holds a Masters in Chemistry from Durham University.
