Priyanka Bedia

Priyanka is an experienced innovator who believes in the power of empathy, shared purpose and collective action. Her passion for creative problem solving has been at the heart of all her roles across product design, global brand development, organisational design, culture building and strategy creation.

Priyanka’s varied career path has taken her from developing sustainable packaging at Unilever through to setting up the London Screen Academy, created to diversify the Film and TV industry and make it accessible to all. In her role as Director of Strategy she led LSA’s strategic development focusing on growth and scaling impact, as well as managing the marketing, outreach and operations departments.

Currently, Priyanka is a Senior Innovation Manger at UNICEF UK, using her expertise to build a culture of innovation throughout the organisation. Her team creates new and exciting ways for UNICEF to engage with the UK public, inspiring them to take action and deliver lasting support to create a better world for every child.

In her spare time, Priyanka is a trustee for the charity Reach Volunteering, the vice chair of the Satwara community group which celebrates her Indian heritage, as well as a keen dancer and poet.
