Priyanka Bedia
Priyanka joined On Purpose after working for four years in the FMCG industry, across Research & Development and Marketing.
After progressing through the Unilever Future Leaders Programme, she worked as a Packaging Design Manager at Unilever, leading the packaging development on a number of global projects across the Premium Haircare sector and within New Brand Creation. Her role included project management, technical design development and strategic innovation planning, with a focus on piloting sustainable solutions and consumer brand experience.
Priyanka has a masters in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London. Her studies and collaborative projects with the Royal College of Art helped to embed her passion for Human Centred Design and Sustainable Innovation.
Her volunteer work as a Team Up tutor for disadvantaged children, teaching at Dove Self-Esteem days and running various STEM events, opened her eyes to the world of social enterprise; Priyanka now wants to use her skills to make positive impactful change and protect the environment for future generations.
Outside of work Priyanka is a keen dancer and blogger, and recently spent time travelling around India to learn more about her family history.
