The Winch
The Winch has spent the last 40 years working with children, young people and their families in the Swiss Cottage, Belsize and Kilburn wards in North Camden to improve their life chances and opportunities.
Over time, our services have evolved to meet the changing needs of each generation but have always been rooted in long-term relationships, innovation and impact. Each year we work with over 1200 children and young people and enable them to flourish by offering a bespoke range of activities from cradle to career.
Our first On Purpose Associates will be taking a lead on impact measurement and strategic planning for our organisation, helping us continue our journey from a small grassroots youth club to an organisation delivering cutting edge work and setting the agenda within our field.
They will also help us develop business plans for new enterprising initiatives which will help us to become more financially sustainable over the medium term, whilst continuing to deliver our mission for local children and young people.
