We’re excited to be recruiting several new Non-Executive Directors to join the Board of On Purpose.
As we look to the future, we are evolving our flagship Associate Programme, embedding more systemic ways of working, and launching new transformational services. We're looking for new board members to help us realise these ambitions with strategic insight, wise counsel, and a shared belief in a better kind of economy.
Our Non-Executive Directors play a vital role in shaping our strategy, supporting our leadership team, and ensuring strong governance across our international organisation. The role is part-time and voluntary, with expenses covered. Most meetings are held online, with one annual in-person meeting in London.
We are particularly keen to hear from individuals with expertise in:
- Organisational management and development in complex systems
- Learning and development design and delivery
- B2B partnerships and business development
- Marketing and brand positioning
