Ayisha Gulati

Before joining On Purpose, Ayisha worked with Hedge Funds at an Investment Bank for six years. Ayisha has been heavily involved with initiatives around addressing gender inequality in the Banking industry, empowering young women as well as volunteering weekly with Brownies. Her enjoyment of these experiences have led her to become an On Purpose Associate.

Ayisha is keen to use her professional experience to bring about positive changes in society, specifically around reducing inequalities and helping young people fulfil their potential. Ayisha studied Economics at the University of Bristol, spending a year living in Madrid.

Outside of work, Ayisha loves playing netball, watching football and is a keen quizzer with her proudest moment being winning a trophy on the BBC quiz show Pointless!
