Carly Davies
Prior to joining On Purpose, Carly spent over ten years working as a Detective in the Metropolitan Police Service. She worked in several roles including, leading serious and complex crime investigations, project management and as a London-wide community engagement manager. Most recently, she was successful in securing a two-year secondment to The Prince's Trust, in a national leadership role, where she helped to tackle the issue of serious youth violence. Carly led several high-value projects, fundraised and collaborated across public, private and non-profit sectors to divert young people away from violence into education, training and employment opportunities.
Outside of work, Carly aspires to make a positive impact through volunteering projects and as co-founder of a social enterprise focusing on inspiring, empowering and better informing young people about animal welfare, conservation, climate change and sustainability.
Carly is excited to bring her collaboration, project management and problem-solving skills to work with organisations to make positive environmental and social impact.
