Ella Umansky
Before joining On Purpose, Ella worked at ITV Studios for 8 years, managing the production of ITVS's formats around the world. This included everything from overseeing the production of 7 versions of Love Island, to working with a Mongolian production team to help them make their own version of Come Dine With Me in a yurt!
Outside of work, Ella is a volunteer for Ignite Hubs, an education charity based in Peckham, London.
Ella holds a degree in History from Cambridge University.
