Rosi Croom

Before joining On Purpose, Rosi worked in the communications & arts sectors for 8 years. Most recently she worked in the central marketing hub of Edelman EMEA, successfully raising the profile of their campaigns and talent on the global stage. Prior to that, she led the global business development for Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity's Awards programme, while simultaneously garnering some amazing experiences and acclaim in the music industry herself. This love for the arts was a carry over from her previous life, where Rosi worked in theatre for several years, achieving a Masters from The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in playwriting and directing, and working in London and Chicago's most exciting centres for new writing. Her experiences during all of this time and her extensive world travel, however, opened her eyes to the world's most pressing problems, which eventually led her to switch direction and transition into the sustainability sector, applying the full breadth of her experience and skills to protecting planet and people.
