Sarah Mitchell
Prior to joining On Purpose Sarah worked for nearly fifteen years in the marketing sector, with luxury brands at Estee Lauder Companies. Her expertise lies in understanding and influencing consumer behaviour, using data and insight to devise loyalty strategies and creating communication programmes. In her most recent position as Global CRM Director for Jo Malone London, Sarah’s role was to champion the consumer within the business, working across regions to design and create innovative strategies to engage customers. In her personal life Sarah is passionately motivated to protect the environment and she has joined On Purpose because she would now like to use her professional experience to help bring about change in society; helping to address the environmental crisis, and create a more equal world. Sarah studied English Literature at Oxford University, and remains an avid reader. In her spare time she also enjoys getting out into nature with her family, and creating things, from clothes to children’s textiles.
