Sarah Mitchell

Prior to joining On Purpose Sarah worked for nearly fifteen years in the marketing sector, with luxury brands at Estee Lauder Companies. Her expertise lies in understanding and influencing consumer behaviour, using data and insight to devise loyalty strategies and creating communication programmes.

After On Purpose, Sarah joined Life Moments, a purpose and profit start up in the fintech sector. Here she uses her interest and enthusiasm for sustainability to manage a digital coaching tool, the Sustainable Business Coach. Sarah now helps large financial services institutions provide help to SMEs to tackle their sustainability impact through a self-guided materiality assessment.

Sarah studied English Literature at Oxford University, and remains an avid reader. In her spare time she also enjoys getting out into nature with her family, and creating things, from clothes to children’s textiles.
