Victoria Brookman

Victoria spent five years in Human Resources within financial services in the greater New York area before relocating to London and moving to the technology sector, where she held various operational and commercial roles at Shutl and its parent company eBay, including helping a start-up scale processes and maintain a strong culture after acquisition by a large global company.

Most recently, as a programme manager working in an agile environment within eBay’s shipping product and engineering team, she was responsible for driving execution of several product roadmaps amongst cross-functional project teams globally, and reporting progress and risks to stakeholders. While at eBay, Victoria volunteered with eBay’s social impact teams where she evaluated grant applications for inclusive entrepreneurship projects, advised small business owners on expanding their reach through ecommerce, and championed office participation in local volunteering opportunities.

She is particularly interested in the potential that social psychology, behavioural insights, and technology have for positive social impact. Outside of work, Victoria is passionate about live music, and enjoys softball, hiking, photography, and furious note-taking.

Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in French from Georgetown University.
