Lamia Sbiti
Lamia is a zoologist, illustrator, and ex-management consultant. She joined the On Purpose Associate Programme with 5 years experience at a Big Four Consultancy, predominantly focused on portfolio and programme management. There she specialised in Benefits Management, which is a methodology to understand and achieve key outcomes in line with strategic ambition. Lamia has had the opportunity to work in 9 different industries in the private and public sector, tackling issues ranging from climate-compatible development to global technology infrastructure. In addition to consulting, Lamia has volunteered with an anti-bullying organisation, and illustrated a children's book that is due to be published in 2018. She brings an international perspective to all her work, having grown up in 7 different countries, and being herself half-french and half-moroccan. Her diverse areas of interests include sustainability, cartooning, behavioural science, installation art & design, hiking in nature, and mind-maps.
