On Purpose

Alice Bennett

Alice joined the On Purpose Core team in January 2021 as Communications Manager.

Prior to Joining On Purpose, Alice completed the 2019-2020 Charityworks Leadership Development Scheme, an ILM endorsed programme where she undertook monthly learning sessions on developing skills in the not-for-profit sector. As part of this, Alice completed a placement at the mental health charity Richmond Fellowship, where she worked across the business development and communications and marketing departments.

While completing her Masters degree in Social Development at the University of Sussex, Alice volunteered at multiple food waste organisations in Brighton including The Real Junk Food Project. Alice holds a BA in Human, Social, and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge. While there she performed in, produced, and directed 19 shows, including at the Edinburgh Fringe, and Minack Theatre in Cornwall.

Alice joined On Purpose excited to learn more about healthy systems and play her part in helping people find careers with purpose.
